If I owned Pompey

As the owner of Portsmouth Football Club I have these plans. For this season we may not stay up so we will plan for relegation, but we will play to stay up and I will give finance for new players, that is for the short term, now for the Pompeygary plans for PFC.

1) Build a new stadium ( 25000 capacity to start with) out of town, with easy access of train, road and bus.

2) Build a training ground

3) Invest in youth

What I Am saying is we must now play the long game, and have a new stadium and so on, as at the moment except for the Premier League status we have nothing. If I had my way I would have a five year plan, the club has been top heavy with a good team in crap facilities, what we need is an average team to start with and very good facilities and then move on. It seems strange that Pompey are in the Prem league with League 1 facilities and Southampton are in League 1 with a top league Stadium and training ground who has the better future?
